Hi everyone, Chi Chi here again with an update from the Two Cat Kitchen! We’re well into our second season featuring more great episodes with fantastic musical guests, new recipes, and some great new informative segments. If you haven’t already be sure to check out our first episode of the season (The Meat Loaf Episode) which delved into (what else!) all things meatloaf. We followed that up with an episode featuring the musical Davis family (Molly, Danny, Cleo, and Roy) with their take on some great old-time and traditional songs (Baxter Loves Toast). Check it out for a recipe for some of the best of scones you’ll ever taste, and to uncover the identity of Baxter and why he loves toast! Episode 3 featured guitarist extraordinaire Mike Iula and our first ever joke show, which reinforced the thinking that musicians probably shouldn’t be telling jokes. Just out- a fantastic show with actress, singer, and librarian extraordinaire Susie Chakmakian! You can hear about some of Susie’s latest theatrical endeavors, including her one-women show There Was and There Was Not: Telling Armenian Stories. And not to be missed- a visit with everyone’s favorite Armenian grandma who offers some great advice about party planning. Another exciting season is underway here at the Two Cat Kitchen- be sure to check out our new episodes, available at the end of each month.

We’d also like to let everyone know that we’re starting a new feature here at the Two Cat Kitchen- bonus content consisting of videos created by our house band The Coconotes! These will be released periodically and can be found exclusively on our website- go to the Recent Videos page to check them out. Although you can also find them on our YouTube channel, in which case I guess they’re not technically exclusive to our website- they’re versions of some of the band’s favorite songs, some of which can be found in the episodes, but mostly stuff we haven’t released before. Be sure to give them a try!
That’s all for now, thanks for listening!
peace out
Chi Chi
